1) Biggest complaint is that the volume automatically drops when paired with my N95. The only solution is to click the sound icon on main menu and then click “OK”. No need to adjust the sound level, which is actually not changed during the drop.

You will have to download a plugin called the Garmin Communicator. This plugin crashes both the latest Mozilla and IE browsers. I rebooted, uninstalled, etc. multiple times. But when you get to the Garmin test page and the plugin is active your browser will crash every time. Deleted the plugin and am shipping the GPS back tomorrow. All I got from Garmin support was a 35 minute hold. Very disappointed as I had read many favorable reviews about this unit.
